Returns

Right of return

STEFOS & Co makes any effort in order the product would be in good condition and quality

If for any reason you aren't satisfied from the product, you may return it (excluded those in offer), unused in good condition, with its cover, the receit, or the delivery note, within 30 days

Everything that concern products in offer or special orders, sur mesure, can not be returned. Return delivery expanses are charged to the customer.

Return of a defect product

In case of a defect product, or if there will be any mistake during the completation of the order, our company can cover the refund or replace the defect item and resend it free of charge.

If the defect is from the producer we'll replace it immediately.

If the defect is caused by you or any wrong use by you then, we'll contact with you.

All products will delivered back to STEFOS & Co by Post Office or Geniki Tachydromiki with the purchase receit, or delivery note

If there isn't any purchase note, we'll not be able to accept any return. Refund: only when the item is defective and we cannot replace it immediately.
